At Clair Atelier, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, the conditions and process are outlined clearly below.
Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or handling fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

Returns are not accepted for orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order.
Return Process

Submit your return request by email to info@clairatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our fulfilment partner.

Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete address details are the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
